Body Motion Teaching System, our patented teaching tool, was created in 1999 to help teach parents and coaches who had limited knowledge of a sport. Body Motion Teaching System was granted a US Patent no. 6,503,086 B1, in 2003. SportsMechanics.com now uses NoahX technology to create a unique lesson experience with an avatar coach guiding each STEP of the way. Our lessons segment each motion into a simplified practice set that is loaded with expert knowledge and easy-to-use drills for any age group.
